| 1. | 證件
香港身份證或有效護照。 |
| 2. | 年齡
必須年滿廿五歲。 |
| 3. | 駕駛執照
必須持有香港特別行政區政府認許之駕駛執照兩年或以上。 |
| 4. | 保險
本公司所有出租車輛均已購買保險，對第三者身體傷亡所引起之法律責任最高保額為港幣壹億 元。對第三者財物損失之最高保額為港幣壹佰萬元正。請注意所有保險賠償不包括 : (1) 酒後駕駛之意外 賠償及 (2) 於保險申報表格中不記名之第二或第三名駕駛者。 |
| 5. | 汽油
租車費用不包括汽油。本公司所有交給租客之車輛均裝滿汽油，租客於還車時必須將油缸裝滿， 如須本公司代行入汽油，則收取港幣伍十元作為手續費(油費另計)。 |
| 6. | 送車及收車服務
本公司可提供送車及收車服務予租車超過一星期之客戶。 一星期以下之客戶如需此項服務，價錢另議。 |
| 7. | 按金 所有租客必須繳付出租車輛之按金(以信用咭繳付)，按金收費則按租用之車款釐定。 |
| 8. | 延續租期
租客可事先與本公司商討續租安排。 |
| 1. | IDENTIFICATION
Hong Kong Identity Card or Valid Passport. |
| 2. | AGE
LIMIT Minimum 25 years of age. |
| 3. | DRIVING
LICENCE Must hold a valid Driving Licence which is recognized by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for not less than 2 year. |
| 4. | INSURANCE
Rates include insurance cover against : - a) Legal Liability for HK$100 million in respect of death or body injury to third parties. b) Third party property damage subject to a maximum of HK$1 million. All insurance claims do not cover : a) Accidental damage due to drink driving. b) Any unnamed driver not specified in Insurance Declaration Form. |
| 5. | GASOLINE Gasoline is not included in rental rates. A full tank is provided when the car is delivered to the hirer and must be refilled at hirer's expense on return. Refilling gasoline for customer will be charged at HK$50.00 (excluding gasoline). |
| 6. | COLLECTION
OR DELIVERY CHARGE FREE collection and delivery service will be provided only if rental period is over 1 week. Extra service charge will be imposed for any client who rent the car for less than 1 week if request for collection/delivery service. Prices will be quoted separately. |
| 7. | DEPOSIT
Deposit is required (by credit card) in accordance with car category shown in the price list. |
| 8. | EXTENSION
OF RENTAL Extension of rental is allowed with prior arrangement. |
